My Pretty Echo
My Pretty Echo Last Laugh Farm's foundation mare. She is a 1995, 17.1-hand black bay Thoroughbred by Eastern Echo out of a Mogambo mare. In addition to being a top sire of race horses in the Mid-Atlantic region, Eastern Echo has also produced a number of successful show hunters. He is by Damascus, a winner of both the Belmont and Preakness stakes, who was Horse Of The Year in 1967 and was inducted into the Thoroughbred Hall of Fame in 1974. On the dam side, My Pretty Echo carries the blood of Mr. Prospector, who has sired a winner each of the Triple Crown races, including the 2000 Kentucky Derby winner Fusaichi Pegasus and the 1982 Belmont stakes winner Conquistador Cielo. My Pretty Echo is also a descendant of the legendary Hyperion who was the sire of countless world-famous jumping horses. Her pedigree also includes Royal Charger, who sired a number of Canadian and U.S. Equestrian Team jumping horses in the 1940’s and 1950’s. My Pretty Echo is approved by the ISR-Oldenburg N.A. registry as a Premium Mare.
