“Connie” is a 2004, very dark bay Thoroughbred who stands a little under l6.2 hands. She is gentle, good-natured and a nice mover. Connie’s pedigree includes A.P. Indy, one of Seattle Slew’s most prominent sons and Grey Dawn, a leading producer of successful broodmares in France. We considered Connie to be an excellent hunter prospect until we decided to add her to our broodmare lineup. Connie is bred to VDL Laroche, an increasingly popular producer of jumping prospects, who has been accepted as a guest stallion at Hilltop Farm for 2010.
