Born to B Southern

Born To B Southern (Savannah) is a 6-year-old 16.3 hand Thoroughbred mare by the Irish-bred stallion Freud, who is the full brother of European horse-of-the-year Giant’s Causeway.  Freud is by Storm Cat, one of the most prolific and successful racehorse producers of all time.  Before his retirement from service, Storm Cat commanded $500,000 per breeding – the highest stud fee in the country.  On the dam side, Savannah descends from Mr. Prospector, one of only two stallions in history to produce winners of all three Triple Crown races.  Interestingly, the other stallion is his son, Unbridled.  Savannah has a captivating temperament and almost flawless appearance.  We have great expectations of her for the future.
